Over the summer, TeacherCast hit a major milestone ... the website turned 15!
TeacherCast now includes 15 years of educational blog posts, podcast conversations, lesson plans, classroom technology tutorials, and EdTech news.
That’s a lot of useful material.
But useful content can’t help you if you can’t find it when you need it.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been asking myself a simple question:
How can I make it easier for you to find the right system, strategy, or resource without searching through years of emails and website pages?
The answer starts with a visual and organizational overhaul of The Impact Note, my flagship weekly newsletter.
What’s changing?
1. A cleaner visual reading experience
The newsletter now has a new header and footer designed to help you move through each issue more easily.
You’ll see clearer visual markers that tell you what kind of issue you’re reading:
- The Impact System: My Sunday Morning Tech Tips
- New Podcast Episodes
- New Blog Posts
- EdTech News & Announcements
- PD Opportunitities for Educators
The goal isn’t simply to make the newsletter look different.
The goal is to help you recognize what’s useful and get to it faster.
2. A redesigned newsletter website
The public Impact Note website now includes broader categories you can browse based on what you need.
You can explore:
Instead of treating every newsletter as an isolated email, I’m building a searchable resource library you can subscribe to and return to whenever a new challenge appears.
3. A permanent home for Impact Systems
Every Sunday Impact System is getting its own public page and a dedicated category.
That means you won’t need to remember which email contained that Google Classroom strategy, Gemini prompt, or three-minute productivity reset.
You are now able to browse the growing Impact Systems library, select what you need, and return later without searching your inbox.

These updates will help me create and organize more practical content while sharing it through the platforms you prefer.
